Extremely clean and nice homey touches around the hotel. Chilled water, flowers/chocolate for Mother’s Day, etc.

This hotel is really close the freeway as well as the mall and other great shopping and dining options. Overall I was pleased with the hotel, I just think the gym needs to be remodeled and the two broken treadmills removed. I was also frustrated that for two days we could not get enough towels for our family. The hotel was completely out.

Yes, we sincerely apologize for the challenges with the gym, we are happy to report that the treadmills are being repaired on Monday. Parts were on back order but they finally got them.

Very nice newer hotel

Pros: Breakfast buffet was much better than we anticipated and the room and entire hotel for that matter was very clean and new.
Cons: No complaints
Location: We needed to be near this location so it was great for us. There was a tremendous amount of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Very nice place. I can't really complain about anything. The room was new and clean as was the entire hotel. The facilities were great and the breakfast was really good most days. I thought the variety and quality of the buffet breakfast was much better than we have had at most hotels of this caliber.

Great stay

Pros: Clean environment and friendly staff.
Cons: Add Alligient airlines to business office computer to print boarding passes. Staff at front desk had to print for us.
Convenient location. I originally booked a double room as I was traveling with my Mom and brother. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and had upgraded me to a 2 bedroom king suite for no extra charge without me even asking. It was a really nice suite with a nice kitchen. this was even on a Saturday night. It was great that my brother had his own room/bathroom. It made our stay very pleasant. Great Staff and service and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. thank you Travelocity and Staybridge Suites!
