There was no maid service at all in 7 days. One came in to see if we had checked out. i had mistakenly booked one less night and had to stay. She must have seen all the used towels on the floor and full trash cans and didn't even think to remove them. I had to buy a box of kleenex because there was none. When we got back to the room the extra night we had to stay, there was a tissue holder on the sink. She thought to place that but not take used towels. I really didn't like that they're was no breakfast.

Staff, clean room and how it's laid out, close to restaurants only thing that gave it one star away from excellent was the door had a wide gap allowing a lot of light in and did not seem to close properly there was a metal piece added to the side of the door by the door mechanisms

Staff was friendly and welcoming but when we went into room there were dirty towels on the floor and the refrigerator stunk of spoiled milk. The team came and cleaned up the towels quickly and replaced the missing hair dryer. Even though the hotel was packed with teenage soccer players the hotel was quiet in the room. When leaving realized I forgot a suit coat and dress shirt in the closet. Called to inform the front desk, it was not turned in and no one followed up. Assumed in a few hours during the clean up it got taken by the cleaning staff instead of turned in.
