They booked the wrong room that didn’t match what I paid for, then put us in a dirty room. We had to wait to change rooms. And the mattress is the sofa sleeper was very worn down. You could feel every spring and my little ones couldn’t even sleep on it.

Clean and Quite Suite and the staff was great.Bbut we had to unexpectedly leave 3 days early and this Best Western Plus Hotel had a policy of no refunds for a prepaid visit. Will not use Best Western or Hotels.com in the future.

Staff is very friendly Breakfast was good, nice variety of choices. Room was clean, beds were ok- a softer mattress would have been great. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels.
