I wasn’t happy with the stay. The first night we booked into the wrong hotel. I kept getting notifications from them that it was time to check in so I went to them, but it was actually Hyatt that we were supposed to go to. I didn’t get any notices from Hyatt or Travelocity to say it’s time to check in. When I called Hyatt once I realized the mistake they would not refund me the first night even though I booked insurance through Travelocity. And Travelocity was no help either. Don’t get the travel insurance and I will second-guess booking with Travelocity again. There was no one ever at the front desk and the evening staff seemed to be high on something and another wreaked of smoke. When I asked for a pillow, it was never brought to my room, even though he said he was going to when I asked the cleaning staff to clean the room once while there, they left a bunch of garbage all over the room. They only made the bed and changed out the towels. The paint was coming off the bathroom door and the shower was really dirty.
