Told we could get early check in at 3. Waited for 3 and then told by from desk and manager we had to pay $50 to get our room at 3. Never heard this in 60 years. Ridiculous, if Iam not refunded I would never book Gila again.

We were told that the water would be off during the night, that was ok, tho the electricity was also off. Due to that we had to use the stairs (4 floor). I used the electronic check out time and a maid came by early in the am to see when we would check out that day.

The resort is very nice Room was big,clean and comfortable The staff was amazing The pool was nice enjoyed the casino and the showroom was a great place to see a concert I would highly recommend I would return again to see a concert or show
