The Hotel is top notch. Excellent customer service, beautiful spacious rooms, lots of amenities in the hotel and in the surrounding area. Great staff and refreshing swimming pool. This Ak - Chin knocks it out of the park, especially for the price point!!

Clean place. Older room for me. Needed to do some work but desk set up was horrible. Chair was not a desk chair. Old and worn. Plug ins are under the desk. For some reason their designers thought a drawer pull that sticks out right in the middle of the desk was a good idea. It’s not. Few wear spots on the leather wall headboard. Couple stains in the carpet. It was ok for the price

Beautiful and clean hotel with a fantastic pool area even has a swim up bar. Lots of amenities for the whole family, even the dog! However the reception staff came across as very rude. Not friendly at all very short in their answers and would ignore you standing in line while they carried on their personal conversations. Thankfully you don’t have to deal with them for very long! The rest of the hotel staff was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.
