First time at this hotel as I just moved here from Connecticut. I played a lot back east and now just checking out places for future visits. The hotel was great upon arrival the front desk was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and very nice. High ceiling and spacious the bed was very comfortable . I wish there were bathrobes most casino hotels have them and bottle water would have been nice. The bathroom was fantastic nice water pressure and gets nice and hot. Great view with large windows. I don’t think they have a valet. I didn’t see one. Also no room service which is no big deal. I did order a movie by accident I told the front desk and she was pretty rude about the whole matter. After playing two days at the casino I could really care less about a $25 movie Overall the hotel is a solid 8/10 half the staff was rude the other half great. Also if you like steaks they have a great place to eat for that. But I will never go back. There are other places that I will check out

I was early and was told if I paid $35, i could check in early. This means that the room was available, but I had to wait. I was 2 hours early, so ok. I waited an hour, still $35. I had to wait until after 4 to get my room. In the room, it was hot. It took a bit to understand that a key card is needed to start the AC. Did that, but I could not change the room temp. It was preset and due to not cooling off enough, i didn't sleep well. I will not stay here again. The place is set up for a gambler not a traveler. I have stayed in Vegas and Reno. Never have I encountered this. I have been early to check-in at other places and was told my room wasn't cleaned but if I upgraded, a room was available. On that one, I waited, and you could tell the room had just been done. For Ak Chin, this was not the case. It was just sad. You could tell that there weren't a lot of people staying there. Now, I know why.

Excellent value for the money! Our room was very clean, modern, fabulous shower! We weren't there long enough to enjoy the full facility, but we enjoyed a tasty meal at Agave. After a long day of driving it was a welcome relief. We will definitely stay here afain.
