Newer hotel but not very clean

The front desk was great. The hotel is about 2 years old and it looks very neglected inside. As if they dont keep up with cleaning. Our room was ok. Stain on the floor, the restroom wall looked as if it had snot all over the wall, and just didn't seem clean. More like, it was wiped over. Hallway didn't looked vacuum. For a newer hotel, expected a little more.

The deluxe room was a good size room and the layout was pretty good. First room I was checked in to had an issue that the front desk remedied immediately. No issues with stay and will definitely be back.

UNSANITARY AND DIRTY ROOMS

VERY DIRTY AND UNSANITARY, IN ALL THREE OF THE ROOMS. ROOM #1, PUBIC HAIRS ON ONE OF THE BEDS, NO HOT WATER. ROOM #2, LONG HAIRS IN SHOWER, NO HOT WATER. ROOM #3, TOILET AREA UNCOMFORTABLEY DIRTY, CARPET DIRTY, FEFT THE NEED TO WEAR FOOTWEAR AT ALL TIMES..WE HAD STAYED AT THIS INN MONTHS EARLIER AND COMPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT THE ROOMS. WE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE JUST A ONE TIME THING BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS WORSE THAN THE 1ST EXPERIENCE. I KNOW WE CANNOT BE THE ONLY ONES TO EXPERIENCE THIS. OVERALL THE PLACE IN DIRTY, VREY DIRTY. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LA QUINTA AGAIN!!!!
