When we arrived late, the front desk guy, John was amazing and very helpful because our flight was delayed 3 plus hours we were extremely late. We got our room and went straight to sleep. When we woke up the next morning, we noticed the room was dirty. The floor look like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. Then we discovered there was no cooking supplies or dishes. When we were on our way out we ask and were assured they had some and could pick them up when we returned. However, we returned and the front desk girl said they don't have any. We book this room specifically because the kitchen, which was pointless. Then the maid NEVER serviced our room. We had to go to the front office for everything we needed... towels, an extra pillow, trash bags, coffee, etc. The toliet paper holder was broken and a couple of days into our stay the toilet broke. There were people always, at all time of day, hanging around the complex. The trash can was right by the stairs and smelled. The AC in the room was dusty and loud and the bed creeked. And one of our last nights, I saw a small cockroach in our room.

Front service attendant was very nice and helpful. She was great. Room was fairly clean, found one cockroach, Amenities were good, fridge was good, microwave was good, overall, i liked the space, table and chairs. Hot water was good. The only problem was the beds, they are very bad, mattress is old and uncomfortable. Sheets and blankets were good. Towels are good. Shower slippery. But we loved the reasonable price which makes up gor some of the problems. Thank you.

We liked the location and the price. The room was fine (a little shabby, but you get what you pay for.) However, regardless the low price, please fix the cockroaches issue. We saw a couple and smashed them. As we were packing to check out, we had to ensure no one got into our belongings. Also, it would be nice oc thesituation with silverware and other kitchen stuff were clarified in the description - that nothing is available in the room but you need to request it separately at the front. I attempted to do it and was told that they werebeing washed and I needed to come in half an hour. I chose to give up and we used celery sticks as utensils. If I had known beforehand, I would bring some from home.

First of all the first day we go in there the refrigerator was disgusting. I have pictures. The housekeeper was supposed to come and clean. The room was not clean. Housekeeper never came maintenance came took the refrigerator out and sprayed it down outside it then start leaking later on the bathroom has mold inside the septic tank and mold in the bathroom where you can smell it in the bathroom sink, causing respiratory issues and myself and headache problems for My Husband. We contacted and left messages on Expedia for someone to contact us we got a notice stating that we can move in the morning and she will leave a mess a note for the next person will I go in the morning and we were told that we cannot move because there was no available room in which mind you I pass a room that is just like ours that has been empty the whole time and I speak of that but she says that one is not available so then I continue my stay because I can’t get my money back. I asked for it. She says they won’t do that. Start having issues with my health start feeling weak and sleepy. All the time we just constantly stayed outside and we would’ve left. We would’ve lost all of our money. This was my vacation and this was no vacation. We had to spend money on buying cleaning products to clean the room to the best of our abilities due to the smell that was in the room and the bacteria that was on the floor. I then spoke with a manager the day before she has not gave my money nor the letter I asked for…

Absolutely freaking disgusting! Only a couple hours after checking in we immediately checked out, as our room and bathroom were infested with cockroaches. When asking about this issue, we were met with very lackluster answers, and told to call the manager for a refund, only they then proceeded to ignore all calls from everyone of our phones. Do not stay here!

The room was dirty. Didnt look like it had been cleaned properly. There was pubic hair stuck to the walls of the shower. When I asked for a couple extra pillows because there was only two in the room for two people staying there she said they were "out of pillows" and I could ask the person in the morning. Clearly just not wanting to get up and do anything other than checking people in. Plus the deposit was not an authorization but a charge on my card that was not refunded once I checked out. If this was anything other than just a place to crash on the way home, I would have raised a fit and asked for a refund and went somewhere else. Definately skip this place.
