I killed 2 roaches. Told front desk, they said they would have maintenance spray our room since maintenance was working later since they were cleaning rooms. When we arrived back to our room, our room wasn’t not clean and we figured they hadn’t sprayed as well.

Sheets were clean, bed decently comfortable. Front staff was polite. However, entire room was old and worn, needed updating. Sink was slow to drain. Had to kill 10-12 roaches in the bathroom. Front staff seemed very unsurprised when I told them. As the least expensive hotel in the area, I would say you get what you pay for, except I paid over $100 per night. Stay elsewhere.

Staff was fantastic!! The grounds, the laundry room and lobby were all maintained well. The room however could use some work though. Dresser drawers didn’t function properly, vinyl baseboard in the bathroom was half attached to the wall and the shelves in the freezer were rusted.

The staff was courteous and helpful…. The floor was not clean and our socks were dirty and dark on the bottoms walking about. The towels had a lot of loose threads and needed replacing….. we killed a number of ants and had to be careful leaving crumbs of food out. We loved having a toaster and the refrigerator was a nice size….the microwave was nice to have as well.

with the kitchenette, we expected there might be a few dishes available in the kitchen. Also there was no hair dryer or outlet in the bathroom. And we saw a couple of small roaches!
