The staff and customer service provided was top notch! It was quiet, convenient, and I felt safe. The only issue was cleanliness of the room was not good.

Booked a king suite with kitchenette, that’s not what i was given. Initial room did not match pictures. No couch, or chairs kitchen only had fridge. Went to the front desk multiple times bc things were missing. Room was changed 5 times over 2 nights. Had to call for iron, stove didn’t work, not enough towels, room smelled like animal & smoke. Ice machine didn’t work. Neighbors were super noisy so didnt get any sleep.

The property is aging and needs a lot of renovation (door damage, exposed framing, inexpert ceiling repair). That said, the rooms are clean and the property was surprisingly quiet. I did feel safe. The staff were humongously supportive, honest and helpful when I accidently left an important piece of property in my room. It's not the fanciest place to stay, but it's a Motel 6; the price was good and I feel that I received more than my money's worth.

This one staff lady was super rude! We told her that we check in at 3pm, left and came back around 3am to sleep due to me and my partner getting off of work around 2am, and that’s when we realized that’s when the tv was broken, they claim that they check the room for damaged before booking it to someone, and she says that we could’ve told the lady in the office at 3am, but the door says that their lobby closes at 11pm, so i thought it was closed so we just waited till the next morning, also she was smoking on the job inside the building, will the cigarettes in her hand as she was talking to me.

Despite of nearby major streets/highway. It’s quite. Nice and cozy unit. Value is exceeding what you pay. Only one issue, bathroom smell of chlorine is very strong. Should use something else.

We choose the Studio 6 because of its location. We had stayed there a year ago. Unfortunately because of its room condition we will not be returning next year. The room was adequate for our needs but was in poor condition.. needing some repairs and a very deep cleaning..

Worst bed we’ve ever slept on. Paper thin pillow. Room was very run down. Nothing at all like their pictures online. Barely any water pressure, handles broken off in the shower, the faucet in shower was installed backwards and never got hot. You spend too much for such a crappy room. Trust me - spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

It is what it is

It's a Motel 6 with a little kitchen. Extremely overpriced for our late February stay, due to high demand for rooms in Arizona that time of year. We'd reserved a pack-n-play on line via hotels.com, but the hotel doesn't actually provide them. The room kitchen is completely bare - no silverware, no dish towels, no can opener, nothing. Swimming pool was a puddle - not a feature. It seems more designed for longer-term stays by people in need of something very temporary. Nothing is wrong with the place, really, but - it is what it is. Convenient location, friendly front desk people. It worked for our purposes, we aren't fancy folk.

Clean, comfortable, and super friendly staff! The room was comfortable and spacious, a little dated but very clean. Lizzie, day time front desk, was so nice and efficient, above and beyond. Easy drive to downtown, Tempe Beach.

Just don't do it. Find something else.

We were appalled by the condition of this room. The front door, and all the other doors, were dented terribly. The room smelled heavily of artifical scent cleaner. The floors are dirty and scratched, cupboards falling apart, tub is rusted, counter in kitchen was streaky/oily, bed was tiny with cheap pillows. No decent light for any makeup, no toiletries, gross coffee maker with hard water stains, and glitchy television. This room was $130 and wasn't worth $13. The office called to see how we were. I stated the above and she wanted to offer me another t.v. That was the least of my worries. We showered, changed, and left. I wore my shoes the whole time. Don't stay here, ever. EVER.
