No manager on site, kiosk with a zoom call with someone outside of the US. The interaction was all virtual. Room key stopped working after day 1, had to zoom call again with customer service in India. It appears people stay here for long periods of time, old and run down hotel.

The tub spout had a bad leak that you could hear dripping all night. There was also a very long black hair on the shower wall when I arrived. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked it in. I kept wondering how secure was the lock on the door. Since the door was so damaged there was a large gap between the door and the frame at the bottom. I stayed for five nights since it was close to the venue for the event I was attending, however the room key would reset every day. In the evening there wasn’t any on site staff so I had to deal with someone on a kiosk.

Virtual check-in, Ben was great. Room was mostly clean, however vinyl plank floor needs to be mopped/scrubbed clean in rm. 226, as socks and bottom of feet were immediately dirty from walking on. Faucet aerator was awful, and entire faucet mounting loose on counter. Good shower water pressure.

Room was a 2 out of 10 at best, cant rate the staff beacuse i never saw or talked to anyone, check in was a virtual kiosk, bed was horrible, you van feelnevery spring in your back, and the 2 pillows had no filling, alsobpoimding on the top floor, and sidewalls, not toention the hole in AC where you cam see in...blet mark in door, come on kotel 6, you can do better

There was no staff at the front desk they only had a kiosk which was a little hard to understand the person on the other end. He was also trying hard to push me to do a review on the place right at that moment by scanning a code and then ask me several times if I had completed it… I told him I wasn’t going to review a room I had not seen and I’m glad I didn’t because it was disappointing. The room was not the cleanest and we had some roaches make an appearance 👎 Sunday night our key didn’t work to our room and had to go back several time to try and retrieve one that did work! Third time was the charm I guess. I get that you get what you pay for but I would not recommend this hotel.
