Settled in the heart of SW Cape Coral this new listing is located off Beach Pkwy, just minutes from downtown Cape Coral and Cape Harbour where you will find an abundance of shopping and amazing restaurants. Or just cross over the Cape Coral Bridge to explore the popular beaches of Sanibel and Ft. Myers.

This newly furnished home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and another full bath accessed through the pool deck, a large open great room with plenty of sun light, a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar seating to enjoy morning coffee with gorgeous views of the pool and canal.

The spacious dining area will seat up to 6 for your family dinner. The master bedroom features a king size bed with lanai access and flat screen TV. The huge master bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub, dual vanities and walk in shower. In the second guest bedroom you will find a queen size bed while the 3rd guest room has 2 sets of bunks perfect for families with children. Guest bath is single vanity with tub/shower combo.
The living room is furnished with high end, comfortable reclining sofas and has a large flat screen Smart television.
Take in the views of the beautiful canal while enjoying the electric heated swimming pool. Pool depth is up to 6 feet. The large lanai is functionally designed with outdoor dining for 6, a propane BBQ grill, pool lounge chairs and a full outdoor bath with walk in shower. Boat dock is available for tie up but lift is not available for guest use.

*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

Clean and well maintained

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean upon arrival and very well maintained. The house is beautiful. The pool did take a few days to warm up to a better swim temp, after we reached out to the property manager to take a look at it. The weather was in the 70's which may have contributed to the delay. Also, be prepared to provide your own toilet paper, facial tissues and propane for the grill as none were provided. Overall, great experience.

Great property in a nice neighborhood

Everything about this property was excellent. It was well stocked, super clean, and very comfortable. The beds and furniture were well above average and the house is very spacious. We spent a lot of time on the back patio by the pool enjoying the screened in area and fishing off the back dock. You won't regret staying here!
