Grill out by the pool! Gulf Access

This beautiful villa imbeded in a lush garden with palm trees, hibiscus and bougainvillea in Southwest Cape Coral is located on the Baruna Canal with direct Gulf access. The spacious pool area consists of a partly roofed terrace and a solar heated salt water pool. A cage protects you from unsolicited guests. You will be acommodated in 3 bright bedrooms, 2 baths, an inviting living area with fully equipped high quality kitchen and a dining area. An individually adjustable room air conditioner will provide a comfortable indoor climate. Enjoy the evening with a delicious BBQ on the gas grill.

We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Please read prior to booking:

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. Great house

The house was perfect for what we needed. We loved the pool and patio. The house is in a nice location so we could beach hop. We drove to Fort Meyers, Barefoot Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We were fortunate to see a pod of dolphins in the chanel in the back of the house, one of the highlights of our trip! Suggestions for the owners: I understand not wanting to provide all 'necessities' but it would be nice to have full hand soap in the bathrooms and some cleaning supplies to wipe down the table and counters after meals. There was no laundry detergent but check out requirements were to wash pool/beach towels and start sheets before leaving. Hopefully the next guests will be able to use the bottle of laundry detergent we purchased and you consider having some in the home. Those items (soap, cleaner, detergent) wouldn't be consumed by the renter in a weeks time so it would be nice if they were provided instead of requiring every renter to purchase their own.

Wonderful time

We had a great time in the villa "Sunny Side Up" and felt very comfortable here. The villa was very nice and modern furnished, exactly to our taste. The southern exposure and the heated pool made it even more perfect. It is very likely that we will come here again on one of our next trips.

This house was perfect for us! Very quiet neighborhood and yet still close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. The pool was great and the kitchen is well stocked. The home was immaculate! Good job Michael! We have already booked with Quality Home Service for next April!

Wonderful Property!!!!!

This condo was gorgeous! The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of room for guests. The pool and lanai was beautiful. My husband accidentally locked us out and Mike came out of his way to help us get back in to our condo! The condo was very close to main shopping areas, just a short drive. We will definitely book again!

Great house for 2 couples. Very clean and well appointed. The weather was in the 80's all week and we spent most of our time in the lanai which was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood, location good to main roads, grocery shopping and restaurants. If you like Comedy Clubs there was one fairly close called Laugh-In which we enjoyed. There were a few minor issues in the house we let management know about. Overall would stay here again!

SunnySide in Cape Coral

Photos do not do house justice. Property was perfect for young family with everything you would need for both pool and beach days at your disposal, including bikes. House was in excellent condition and although we had no internet when we arrived Michael went out of his way to resolve this over several hours with Infinity and also purchased DVD player that was missing from the property. Would highly recommend this property for your next vacation break.

This property was everything it said it would be and more. So clean, beautifully decorated, towels, linens, kitchen utensils/pots and pans, everything you need to cook meals. The only negative I had was we didn’t have working WiFi for the entire week. A family of 4 with laptops, gaming systems & phones that was an issue that didn’t get resolved with the property manager. Other than that, we would stay here again and again! Owners do an amazing job and you can see they take pride in there property.

Couples birthday weekend!

We came in from Cincinnati for a birthday weekend and we had a great time. The house was beautiful and the back pool area was perfect for us. We cooked in both nights and had everything we needed. It’s close to stores and only about 45 minutes to the fort Meyers beach, leave early as it’s so much traffic!
