Slick hotel in the center of everything.

Comfy beds, updated bathrooms, and pleasant staff. After hours room service was lacking, however. The location is perfect -- and I say this as a former Bostonian who knows what she is talking about.

Good value

Rooms could have been cleaner and they had difficulty with an elevator and should have been allow access to service elevator to leave and enter room floors. Food was horrible go next door to Parker House to eat.

Nice quiet hotel near Boston Common and handy to T

Wine in the late afternoon. Just a few stops from nearby Park St. Station to Fenway. Saw a couple of games. Hotel is walking distance to Fanuel Hall/Aquarium/Freedom Trail.

Great central hotel with excellent staff

Pros: Free Internet
Only downside was that there was no coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast was not complimentary. Otherwise couldn't have asked for a better Boston hotel experience.

The Hotel made me feel safe and comfortable

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet, spolied olives in mini bar
The lighting was excellent. the mini bar was well stocked for the exception of the olives. they were spoiled however room service brought up a new jar the moment i called. It was quiet with a great comfortable bed. the bathroom was gorgeous. the only down fall is that they did not offer free wifi which for the price i would have thought would have been included. Over all though it was a great stay and I would definitely visit the place again.
