Honest Review
My husband and I rented the property for the Memorial Day weekend, our daughter and son-in-law joined us. Our review is as follows:
The check-in process was seamless, we received the code for entry the evening prior to arrival w/ contact info and check-in/check-out instructions. The hosts were available to quickly respond to questions.
The bedding was clean (for the most part) and confortable - I liked the pillows but they had no protector and there appeared to be make up from a previous guest on one of the pillows - with today's germs and potential health risks, I would have hoped the pillows would have protectors for easy removal and washing.
The neighborhood was nice and quiet and appeared to be safe. Our only concern was the land underneath the deck had eroted and the pavers were caving in making it unstable and unsafe. I only mension this in case potential renters are traveling with children.
The last observation I have is that part of the check-out process is to run the dishwasher - however - you have to be a little creative because the buttons on the dishwasher are hidden by the countertop... but we managed to get it done.
The highlight of our stay was that we got to watch manatees and dolphins swim in the back canal just outside the house each morning. We enjoyed the pool and the house was not far from the beach and my daughter and her husband spent the weekend fishing from the deck.
I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
