Our recent stay at this property was unfortunately marked by a series of disappointing experiences that reflected a lack of maintenance and organization. The room itself showed clear signs of aging, most notably in the bathroom, where the tub had visible stains that raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, the toilet paper holder had clearly been repeatedly dislodged from the wall—repairs looked hastily done, and when maintenance attempted to resecure it using the same damaged area, it fell off again shortly after.
The lighting and ceiling fan system operated by remote control was non-functional, leaving us unable to adjust the fan or turn off the lights—a major inconvenience that impacted our ability to rest comfortably.
There were also several surprises during check-in that were not disclosed during booking through Expedia. Guests are required to submit a $100 security deposit, along with uploading a government-issued photo ID for all occupants. This policy caused significant inconvenience when my son—who arrived earlier than I due to flight delays—was denied access to the room despite having uploaded his ID and the deposit being paid. Even after I phoned the property to explain the situation, staff withheld the room key until I arrived nearly eight hours later.
