The hotel itself is very nice and appears to be clean, but the elevators didn’t work, the ice machines on the first two floors were broken, the breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal, Eggo waffles and muffins. They also make you pay a $50 deposit for each night you stay that we are supposed to get back. I’m not sure how long this company has owned it, but hopefully they will get things fixed and improve the breakfast.

Stayed here for 2 nights and to my dismay the elevator did not work. Residents were not notified of this event and had to call downstairs for the information. I had to take the stairs my entire stay. Sure, I’m capable, but what about hotel visitors that are not. Also, cigarette smoke from the nearby rooms would get all into my room and smelled awful. I was worried the smell would get on my clothes. Cheap hotel prices but the experience can definitely vary. It’s hit or miss .

It was so bad that i sent the hotel's customer service an email during my stay and they appeared to be getting an inspection the next day, i highlydoubt that is a coincidence... don't stay here.

the hotel and room were very nice. it was quiet and clean. the only real issue was checking in and out. I was asked to wait while they trained someone on the system. Only 5 minutes but a long time when just standing there. then the trainer walked off and left me with a lady who didn't know what she was doing. took a while to get checked in. when I checked out, I had to call a number for someone to come to the desk and check me out. I have never had to do that at a large hotel before.
