Bait and Switch
The unit we stayed in was not the unit shown in the pictures! And definitely not as nice. We could not access any WIFI, even after repeated messages to the host. There were not enough towels or toilet paper for our group of 4 adults. The dryer was broken. Very Disappointing!

Poor Communication and Last-Minute Cancelation.
I did not make it to the property. I received a call 10 minutes prior to check-in from host canceling my reservation. I had to scramble last minute to get stay for my family late afternoon after receiving cancelation. Terrible communication on both host and VRBO as the host stated she tried to cancel this reservation several days prior to my actual arrival day.
