Everything was exceptionally perfect except the valet service. We were told first night valet was free by the valet & we gave our deposit for two nights, once we went to collect our deposit, we were told we would not receive it back because the valet was taken out of the deposit. We were never told this by the front desk what the deposit included and what it would be used for. The property was pretty & walkable to surrounding areas. The only problem was the communication for the deposit & valet services. It should be the hotel’s first instinct to give all of this information to customers so they will not be surprised upon check out.

Poor location. Lots of homeless people which made it uncomfortable to walk around. Loud music nearby every night until 1 AM.. Nice hotel just will not return due to the area.
