I had a wonderful stay at Hotel ZaZa for 5 days and 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable. My room was spotless, and the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The location was perfect and made everything easily accessible. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again.

Couple things stood out at the ZaZa. Location downtown was excellent. The car service was exceptional and fun - loved the lighted cattle skull and horns on the front grill and the Christmas tree tied on the roof! Coffee stations on each floor made it so easy to get going in the morning. The pool was nice and got good afternoon sun. Balcony room had a great view of park and we could hear music from festival. The staff were all really friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, big and clean. The hotel is convenient to a lot of the activities we were doing downtown and lots of places were walkable. We will definitely stay here again.

It was okay. Bathroom is very dark…more lighting is needed. We were supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of wine but we didn’t. Not with $400/night….should be less that $250.
