When I showed up at 1:00 am from a delayed flight there were no rooms left. I had prepaid for the room as well!

Was ok.

Pros: The guy who checked us in was nice... Greg.
Room was configured in strange way. Tv was very low to ground difficult to watch while lying in bed. When you arrive in the room the toilet bowl had not been cleaned, was do doo remnants floating in bowl disgusting. Also hotel is a bit difficult to get to because of odd location alongside large highway intersections.

Booked for proximity to venue

Pros: Nil
Cons: The smell
Location: Not a good location at all and not easy to get to.
The room, service and stay were average. The hallways smelt of cigarette smoke even outside the non smoking rooms. Not an easy venue to get to even though it was closest to the wedding venue we were attending, overpriced for the location, quality and facilities.

Price was right but that is about all!

Pros: Kitchen and the price
Cons: COSTOMER SERVICE Better bedding Get a better breakfast Get a workout room Get a bathroom at the front!
Location: I was going to a convention at Saint Edwards. It only took me about 10 minutes to get there. Also the hotel was 5 min. to shopping and restaurants
On my way to the hotel I had trouble figuring out how to get to the hotel. I could see the hotel but, it was unclear how to get on the service road that would lead you to the hotel entrance. Upon arrival, it took the front desk person forever to check me in. I believe it was over 15 minutes of me standing at the desk while the person was struggling with the computer. I really had to pee but there was no lobby bathroom so the 15 minutes were very long to me. Once I was finally in my room it was generally clean but the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were a horrible lumpy mess, and the bedding ugly and worn. (Think Grandma's old bedding from 40 years ago). It was nice that the room had a kitchen and I did like that you checked out the dishes at the front desk so you could assume they were clean but. the hotel had no other amenities. No pool, no workout room, and not much of a breakfast. In addition, the ceiling above my tub was bowed out and about to fall on my head due to a water leak above my room. I let the front desk person know about this problem. He never smiled or apologized to me. In fact, when he followed me back to my room to look at the problem he acted like he was really put out! Then he said he would only give me another room IF the ceiling fell down. Then told me they don't have a maintenance staff and that he would have to put in a request. Again he acted like that was going to really put him out. I hate bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a good place to stay for a short visit.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
The extended stay was difficult to get to to start. The receptionist was on a very long phone call and answered a personal call while we waited to check in, and 2 more people got in line behind us before she hung up. Once we got our key we went up to our room where the door was already open which we thought was strange, it smelled like smoke and the one of the windows was stuck open. We exchanged rooms, which was fairly easy, but while we were down there we heard the people who checked in behind us complain that their room hadn't been cleaned. Our 2nd room was much better, and we had very little to complain about after we settled in.

Clean, conveniently located. Staff helpful. Very businesslike.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Perfectly adequate/good value for the price. A little tricky to find at night, entrance is easy to miss. Could be marked more clearly for night time arrival.
