The clerk at check in was very helpful. What we didn’t like is that even after making reservations early we were going to be booted to another hotel. I used my mother’s Marriott platinum number and magically we got a room. This is very frustrating!!

You had to ask for room service; the breakfast was pitiful; the hotel hadn't been renovated in years; there was a lot of trash outside the hotel
