Perfect house and location

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for my husband, myself and two adult children. The neighborhood is lovely and easy walk to the beach and shopping. The house had everything we needed.

Second stay at this property

I’ll start by saying that cleanliness is the most important aspect to me in a rental. This place gets professionally cleaned after each tenant and it’s obvious the moment you walk in. We’ve rented other properties and this is not always the case. This was our second stay at this property. Clean, comfortable, has all the things you need. The description of the property on VRBO is accurate, owner is pleasant and easy to deal with. There were 5 of us (3 adults, 2 young children). Would stay here again.

Home was cute and cozy. Plenty of space for 4. Was a bit of a walk to the beach, but doable. Upstairs renters were noisy and could hear child and dog running except when they were in bed. This is no fault of the owner. Would rent here again.

Best Family Time Ever!

We had such a lovely experience here! It was so spacious and clean and we were able to relax as a family! So grateful we found Gina's place! Beautiful rental, good location, very responsive owner

This property is one of the best rentals we've stayed in. Everything was in great condition. The owner responded immediately to any queries we had. It's located on a nice, quiet street a few blocks from the northern end of the boardwalk. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

This place was all we wanted and needed for vacation. Clean and convenient to everything, boardwalk, beach, shops, and eateries. House was very roomie and spread out. The owner is readily available and very helpful. Would definitely look into this place for your family vacation.

Beautiful apartment- family friendly location

What a joy to enter the bright, spacious and clean apartment. With convenient off-street parking, close to shops and restaurants and a few minute walk or bike ride to the beach, we were able to relax and enjoy fun family time on OC. Gina was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend Gina and this beautiful apartment.
