Our stay at Hyatt Place Perimeter Center was fantastic. Every staff member was kind and professional. Our room was safe, quiet, and clean. The hospitality we received determined our decision to stay for 2 additional weeks. Shout out to Ray and the front desk staff. We’ve already recommended the location to family and friends.

I was incorrectly charged for a bar tab that was billed to my room. I've reached out several times to management and nobody calls me back or confirmed that I would be reimbursed. I travel to Atlanta often for work, this is a place I would not trust to go back to.
