Room key didn’t work and they said they were oversold and no rooms were available, and told me if I would like I can just go ahead and cancel my stay - it happened at 12:30 midnight, finally after 30-45 minutes somehow they managed to open the door for me.

I PERSONALLY LIKED HAMPTON A LOT. SOME IN MY GROUP NOT SO MUCH. YOU HAVE A GROUP OF VERY HARD-WORKING PERSONNEL.THE WERE KIND, PATIENT AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. I WOULD SURELY STAY AT HAMPTON INN AGAIN. I HAVE ONLY 2 REQUESTS. 1. YOU HAVE A CERTIFICATE HANGING IN THE ELEVATORS CONCERNING YOUR THEIR INSPECTION, IT HAS EXPIRED. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS. I FORGOT TO MENTION IT TO THE FRONTDESK. 2. A BIG CLEANING SESSION OF THE ROOMS IS NEEDED. THE CARPET NEEDS CLEANING. UNDER THE VANITY WAS DIRTY. I DO NOT MIND USING A TOWEL 2 DAYS OR HAVE MY BED MADE EVERY 2 OR 3 DAYS. It was a rough week. A huge thank you to the staff Thank you guys for being the best part of this long week. Birigette, Lorain, Tony,and Alex were so amazing. The kindness you all have showed me in such a stressful week has helped me find happiness in the chaos. The hotel sucked (not your fault) lol but engineering, hospitality, and front desk really make the experience 10 damn stars this star rating is based off the quality of service not the hotel itself which was old and outdated. The staff deserves all raises and recognition for being the best part of this hotel. The staff can’t control the conditions of the hotel but they really delivered a Ritz Carlton experience. Thank you

The hotel was at full capacity but only had one elevator working and it was extremely slow. Also the tv in the roo. Was malfunctioning only showing a blue screen, with no way to fix it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, the location, the easy access to mayor streets, the parking lot and the cleanliness are a plus. But the rooms and the hotel itself needs a renovation is a little bit outdated.

The hotel furniture was broken my room The shower head holder was broken When i ask for wash cloths the cleaning staff refuse to give me clean towels and the front desk did not have none My room was not clean every day every 3 days the room get cleaned by housekeeping. This hotel is a bit rundown in my opinion and doesn’t deserve the review ratings given. Feels like it beds a thorough makeover. Breakfast was particularly disappointing, with very limited seating. Bathrooms were clean and functional. All in all, very average st best!
