I stayed at your hotel this weekend because it is close to Northside Hospital and I have stayed here before. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00 a.m., but when I came at 9:00 a.m., almost everything was gone and nothing was being replaced. There were no apologies and no explanation. The dining area was messy, tables were not being cleaned, and employees were standing around laughing and chatting. I had to clean the only available table myself just to sit down. If breakfast is included in the price, it should be properly maintained until the advertised time. If food is empty and not replaced, guests should not be charged for it.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, it was nice and rooms were clean. The breakfast in the morning was convenient in not having to go out and look for something to eat, I did enjoy the breakfast and their different options. The rooms were spacey and the bed was comfortable.

Overall the room was exactly what I needed for a weekend trip. My only complaints were that the shower head is mounted too high for me (5'2") to adjust easily, and the refrigerator needs replacing (auto defrost shouldn't make it hot half the day with an inch of water in the bottom).
