Greeted by friendly staff when check, on spot reply with answers via sms. Room itself is very clean and loved the smoke free environment. Good views to the "Sphere"(12th floor). Plenty of good shops, food and Planet Hollywood without stepping outside to the heat. Express check out and able to store our luggages until our flight time so no need to carry it around. Huge suite! Big fan of the kitchen which was equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher, stove top and microwave. Jacuzzi jet was dirty and the pullout was sad but overall great stay.

Smelled terrible when we arrived. They sent maintenance to run the washing machine.. that helped. The pool was closed which wasn’t cool for the kids. We tried to get a late checkout but they wouldn’t allow it. 🙁… overall clean hotel friendly staff but much better options on the strip.
