"I stayed in a room with my boyfriend. In the middle of the night he realized that his leg was bleeding due to a large scab on his knee. Since we were asleep he didn’t realize till after a while. I let the staff know that night and asked for new bedding. The next morning, I let the staff know again about the sheets and we were told it was fine and the maids would decide if they could be reused. Later, without being informed there was a $335 charge to my card due to damage. Who knew that a few plain white sheets and a comforter could be so outrageously expensive. "
