"Hi sorry to say the hotel was pretty good to be fair but what was disappointing was my wife had a £45 bottle Dior shampoo taken from the hotel room with access only ourselves and the staff so can only say one of the cleaning staff removed it while we were away. It may seem and is not a biggie but still disappointing. Great hotel apart from that."
