"We really enjoyed our 3-night stay! It was quiet and had easy access to the beach. My kids absolutely loved the pull-out couch—they said it was the best pull-out couch they’ve ever slept on, lol! They also really enjoyed the big pool.The kitchen had everything we needed, including plenty of cooking utensils and spices. I especially loved the ice maker—it made ice really fast! The master bed was comfortable, and the new AC worked great and kept everything nice and cool.We would absolutely stay here again! "

"This place is immaculate! The decor is over the top! Bed is very comfortable! Air Conditioning was perfect! Has a fireplace also…. Great view of the river as it sits ON the Matanzas River. The host was great! It’s across the street and a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. We Loved our Rest and Relaxation and our little baby Labradoodle ‘Sandy’ loved her First Vacation!!! Only minutes away from downtown St. Augustine!!!"

"We loved our time at Sea Haven. The proximity to the ocean and the views were definitely the best things about it. The master bedroom and living room balcony offered unobstructed views of the sea, and you could even hear the waves crashing on the shore when you went to bed each night. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of five. I definitely recommend this place for a perfect beach getaway."

"The location was excellent! Pool, shuffle board, and tennis court right outside our sliding door! The condo had enough room for our crew of 5. I wouldn’t recommend this place for more than 5. The kitchen dishes all needed to be washed before using, the pull out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, the showers ran warm most of the time, the microwave broke while using it on the last night. We still enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location for our crew. And though the dishes needed cleaned, there was adequate kitchen ware, large refrigerator, stove worked great, and the condo itself was neat and clean!"
