"We cooked all our meals(18 people) and had everything we needed. Plenty of big pots and pans and bowls. The kitchen is well equipped. The whole place was very clean. There was also lots of equipment for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, wave boards, sand toys and beach towels. There was plenty of space to spread out. It’s a wonderful house in a beautiful location.The pool was clean and an added bonus. Highly recommend this property. Kelly our host was responsive answering all my questions prior to our stay and she checked in during to make sure everything was okay."

"Have been coming to Saint Augustine for about a decade every year and this was the first time sharing a property with friends. Was worried about being under the same roof with another family, but the space was more than sufficient for our group. Loved how clean the place was and easy access to the beach. Had all the beach equipment you may need even though we brought our own chairs, tent and games. Highly recommend. "
