Low hanging fruit that can be attended to can go a long way. Staff was friendly and professional at all times. Would definitely stay here again, but urge attention to detail. Also, have a daily Urban Experience Fee on the final bill that I have asked to get back. Not sure what an Urban Experience Fee means, no Urban Experience was offered outside of doing my thing, being a native Chicagoan. "
