The breakfast took to long and the some of the food was cold and the waitress drop my food on the table and pick it up with his hand and then ask is everything good, I said know you touch my food with your hands and put it back on plate and walk away. They charge my card twins for the stay after expedia took the money already. So I'm very upset about this.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and decked out to the nines for the holidays! Would have loved a bar fridge we could actually use for our 8 day stay (it’s limited to the expensive mini bar items and you can’t remove to put your own food/drinks in) and mugs that actually fit the full cup of Nespresso coffee from the maker (made a mess overflowing every brew), but overall a great stay in a comfortable and spacious room. Thanks again, Fairmont!

Excellent customer service & management Manager Kenton went above & beyond to make my 70th Birthday a special experience @ The Fairmont. Including a delicious slice of chocolate birthday cake in my room as a lovely surprise! Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and concierge. Rooms were stylish. Centrally located so it was perfect for my Christmas trip. Close to Millennium Park, Macy’s/Marshall Fields, and Art Institute of Chicago.

They only have a fancy Latin American restaurant, not what many people would expect. Tacked on an extra charge of 45 dollars per day. No creamer in room. Rooms are very good for the price. Excellent location.

The hotel was too notch. The staff excelled at customer service. Our favorite was Moe in Toro. We was always happy to see us, got our orders correct every time and had the best stories!!! Jo was also awesome at the bar in Toro! Thank you for the great stay!!!!
