"Front desk clerk was rude and condescending...original reservation was cancelled 3 days before our stay through travelocity (had confirmation of cancellation) but clerk claimed it wasn’t cancelled so they were going to charge the old reservation as well as the current reservation. Clerk proceeded to argue about the situation. With the guests before me and after me, she was very sweet and nice. They even put tables in front of the check in desk so you have to reach to pass payment and ID to clerk. I was made to feel like my stay wasn’t even important - won’t stay here again! Walls are so thin, we could here guest talking/walking at other end of the hall.. very difficult to sleep with noise. Bed was not comfortable- frame made loud creaking noise just shifting on the bed..was embarrassing-neighbors probably thought there was a party going on in our room. Advertised breakfast even with covid but there wasn’t any breakfast at all. Really bad experience- won’t stay here again."
