Staff was good. The hotel was not in great condition. We have stayed at other La Quintas that were decent but this one is not great. It doesn’t smell great and the elevator was not working most of the time we were there.

The person at check was fantastic, but then we were told about the elevator being our of order. The only rooms available were on the 4th floor! It was a hike of 48 stairs to and from our room. Definitely need to know information before booking is done!

The check in was very impersonal. Almost felt like I was intruding. The room was a mess. If it had been cleaned, not very well. There were three pillows on king sized bed and small pillows at that. The toilet had to be flushed at least twice to be cleared. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work. The “party” down the hall went on far too late. The walls are paper thin so you heard everything - use your imagination. The appliances were old and beat up. Was afraid to even plug the coffee maker in. In the morning the hall smelled of booze and marijuana. Price was way to high for what we got in return. Will not recommend.

The type of hotel room we booked was not available but we were not advised of this until check in, leaving us to scramble to find another place to stay. Hotel was unapologetic, and blamed expedia.
