The carpet in my room had stains and needed replacing. Almost ran out of hot water when I showered around 11pm. Bed was comfortable. The app for ordering room service didn't work so I called room service directly to place the order. Bathrobes were a good touch.

"The room was absolutely disgusting. There was glass shards, what looked like a tampon wrapper and dirt on the floor of the bathroom, the shower had hair in the shelves, there was a container of Vaseline on the floor along with mounds of dirt, the heater had what looked like mold on the blower, and it smelled like dingy moldy mildew. I couldn’t breathe in the room. I didn’t even stay for an hour, and the next morning my nose was bleeding. The absolute worst hotel I have ever seen or smelled (tasted) what a complete disaster. "
