This was a great value for the money. One issue was that our tub hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. Overall, however this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was excellent and the decor was lovely. I will stay there again.

We love this hotel. We stay here whenever we attend a concert at the Wind Creek Event Center about 15 minutes away. Stayed here maybe 6 or 7 times in the past 2 years. Would not think of staying anywhere else. We were just here November 9 to attend the John Fogerty show at Wind Creek. The rooms are very nice, very clean and very comfortable. And every single employee we have come in contact with has been very nice and helpful. The free breakfast buffet is ridiculously good. Eggs, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal and more. Probably one of the best coffees I've had. Now we have to give a shout-out to the wonderful breakfast cook and attendant who was in charge of the breakfast Sunday morning, November 11. She told me she was new, and that it was her first day working solo. She was very, very busy with all that goes into keeping that buffet going. But even under the pressure of having many people coming in for breakfast, making sure the food was cooked and available, supplies restocked, tables cleaned, garbage handled.... she kept her cool and did wonderful. We don't know her name, but we wanted her to know that her efforts were noticed. We hope to see her next month when we come back to see Foreigner at Wind Creek so we can give her a proper 'Thank You'!

Appearance of the Hotel was inviting at first, the carpet in the hallways were terrible. Room was ok. No decor at all walls were plain. Shower faucet was really, really hard to turn. Over all it was not a bad stay for a last minute resort.

The only part that I don't particularly care for is the fact that I had to give $100 incidental fee and it's been six days now since I have given my incidental fee the hotel apparently returned it on 1 November now it's 6 November and I'm still not receiving my money back It's because of the cash app and the hotel and hotels.com that I'm now going six days without $100 that I could use so I'm very upset very disappointed and likely not to use the hotel this service or cash app again thank you have a great day.
