Staff at the bar was absolutely amazing, but we got checked into our room late, didn’t get one of the accommodations I asked for, didn’t have any body wash in our room, and got the keys to a room that was already occupied. And on top of all that they didn’t even clean our room when they were in the room right next to us and asked us if we wanted our room cleaned.

Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and fell short of basic expectations. The actual appearance of the property is nothing like the photos advertised online. Although it’s conveniently close to ski resorts and shopping in the Poconos outlet stores, the reality is that it sits directly across a busy highway—not in a peaceful, wooded setting one might expect. There’s no proper lounge area to unwind; the only lounge is on the fifth floor and is reserved, so regular guests are left with just a tiny couch in the lobby. Competition for this spot makes it uncomfortable and inadequate for a hotel claiming to offer quality accommodations. The restaurant was another letdown, despite the friendly bartender and good desserts. Several items clearly listed on the menu—such as the wine we requested, bottled still water, and eggs Benedict—were unavailable. Advertising menu options that aren’t actually provided is deceptive and frustrating, especially for guests who plan their meals in advance. One positive point is that the hotel itself is modern, been built in 2024, and the bathroom and shower in our room were stylish. Unfortunately, the room lacked essential amenities: no hair dryer, no slippers, and not enough towels, which are basic features in most hotels. To make matters worse, our room wasn’t even ready when we arrived for check-in. While the hotel was clean and the restaurant staff did their best, these few positives can't make up for the repeated disappointments

Food was just ok not great. Some dishes over-seasoned and over-engendered- too much happening and overall flavor suffered. Filet had hard fat, lobster tail had sauce that wasn’t matched with the delicate flavor of lobster. Eggs Benedict had chewy fatty bacon, heavy sauce that drowned out all the other flavors. Eggs poach came out well done. Ran out of honey candy for parfait, served it anyway. I expected more for the price they charge.

I booked this hotel room for New Year’s Eve. The room itself was clean, nice, and comfortable. From a purely accommodation standpoint, everything inside the room was fine. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. At check-in, I asked about dinner options and was told that all restaurants were fully reserved. We were not informed in advance that restaurant reservations were required, despite speaking twice with a staff member before booking. Because of this lack of communication, we had no choice but to eat at a Chinese restaurant outside the hotel. We were also told there would be a party after 10:30 PM, but when we went to the Chinese restaurant area again later, there was only background music and a few people present. There was no atmosphere, no celebration, and no reason for guests to stay there. Unsurprisingly, most guests were actually gathered at the hotel restaurant on the first floor, which we could not access due to reservations we were never told we needed. In the end, we paid for an expensive room and essentially just slept there. There were no activities, no New Year’s experience, and no value beyond the room itself. The next morning was equally disappointing. When we went to get breakfast, we were told the kitchen was closed. There was no breakfast available, no coffee, and no alternative offered.

They claim to be luxury but it's an over priced Hampton Or Hilton Inn. Room was not Ready upon check-in, rooms are very small,bad beds, you can hear your neighbors upstairs, on the side. Management failed to refund any $ amount after several complaints.

The hotel was nice but for the price you pay you won’t get your money’s worth. As a teenager you go there and you have no time to use the outdoor pool bc they close it very early. There’s no place that you can hang out other than ur room. The loby area rhe door keeps opening and it’s so cold. But if you wanna go for aesthetics the place is very beautiful the staff is meh.
