Hello, Our stay at Sweetwater was great until we were awakened in the middle of the night freezing because the heat stopped working. The temperature became very uncomfortable, and we were unable to stay warm in the room. Although a maintenance worker did come to fix the issue, it still took a couple of hours for the heat to start working again. During that time, we had to sit in our vehicle to warm up, which was very inconvenient and unpleasant. We also went swimming the night before, and waking up in such cold conditions caused us to feel sick afterward, which made the situation even worse. Because of this experience, I feel that a discount or partial refund would be appropriate. We otherwise enjoyed our stay, but this situation greatly impacted our comfort. The hotel is too over priced. And they will keep your security deposit of 300$ and will come up with an excuse to keeping it like makes up slightly on sheets. Also the robs they tell you to use when entering the indoor pool 145$. Also false advertising the indoor pool is really outdoor. Breakfast should be included with how much money is being spent to stay! their dinning area bugs/ flys all over. Our room had spiders in it. Only reason why I am giving it 2 stars is because of the location being by the casino ski lodge exact….. I will never go here again.

The Swiftwater was amazing. Friendly staff. Clean, upscale attention to detail! The indoor/outdoor pool with heaters was a great way to relax after a fun day of skiing even in 4 degree weather. Olivet breakfast was delish! Creme French Toast was excellent. Had trouble leaving the incredibly comfortable bed and down pillows. Definitely will be back.

The room was nice and the staff were good also . My only complaint would be how thin the walls were between rooms . You could hear everything going on next door . We had gotten two rooms but for what ever reason they didnt put us next to each other they put us across the hall from each other so the people in the room next to us wich had the connecting doors were up all night hooting and hollering . Then the people staying above us must of had small children who liked to run back and fourth all night long. Also there is an area in the lobby where you can buy food before their restaurant opens , but there are specific people that are allowed to sell it to you. So on this particular day that specific person was running late so i was unable to buy anything from the person at the desk. Besides that the hotel is very nice. We really enjoyed the heated indoor/outdoor pool.

The staff did not seem to bother themselves with service ($450 per night was paid at the hotel). Otherwise, we liked the hotel. Good location to have skiing/snowboarding day or two with the family.
