This hotel is spotless. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They couldn’t have been nicer. 10 stars for the staff!! The pool was wonderfully heated. The only disappointment was the fitness center. It felt like the size of a closet! There were 6 of us in there and you could barely get your workout in. Someone else came in and walked right out because there just was no room and definitely not enough cardio equipment, yoga mats etc. That would be my only dissatisfaction.

I spent the weekend at Swiftwater Hotel in Pennsylvania for my niece’s birthday, and I have to say it was a 10 out of 10 experience. The ambiance was amazing, and the food was outstanding—especially the French toast at breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spotless, the entire hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Everything felt well taken care of. While the stay was a little on the pricey side, it was definitely worth it for the quality and experience.

This property is only one year old. It is nice to have a new boutique type hotel in the Poconos. The rooms are spacious, clean and have large nicely decorated double sink bathrooms. The staff was super helpful and friendly. air conditioning works very well and is very quiet. The pool is an indoor/outdoor feature and they kept the water at 90 degrees in September when I was there. I forgot to ask how this works in the hot summer but in the cool September mornings and evenings it was lovely!! And you swim right into the indoor portion without stepping out of the water. They offered us drinks while at the pool and they have comfy lounges and chairs. They also had a fire pit with rocking chairs around it. There is a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’d categorize it as fine dining in a region that isn’t known for many fine dining choices. Honorable mention is the French toast on the breakfast menu!! And there is a Japanese restaurant adjacent to the hotel but we didn’t try it. We booked this hotel as a home base to attend a wedding but stayed 3 extra nights to explore area, go to Bushkill Falls, and go horseback riding. We also tried two nearby spas both about a 7 minute drive away. First we went to Magnolia Spa. Really nice facility and cafe worth eating at. Great massage. We also tried the no frills unassuming Serenity Spa about two blocks down from Magnolia on route 611. We had awesome massages there. Different style places and both very good!

Hotel was clean and design was sleek. We loved the indoor-outdoor pool and our hotel room. We had dinner at the Olivet on Friday and Saturday nights. While Saturday night's dinner was lovely and our server, Chelsea, was a delight, Friday's meal was a bit lacking. Our server--I believe her name was Emily--was slow to help and did her very best not to come to our table. Between the slow service and the glares we received from staff and fellow guests, I would say this hotel is not queer friendly, and LGBT+ folks should probably skip this restaurant and hotel

We just celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary at a beautiful hotel. The food was pricey, but definitely worth it for such a special occasion. The location was perfect, only five minutes from the outlet and they even offered complimentary car service to popular tourist spots.
