First day snow unsafe very slippery conditions only 1 person working to welcome guests to hotel very busy slow customer service. Not very welcoming from front desk. Also swift water hotel does not inform on there website about $300 hold plus $120 for incidentals very inconvenient to be informed when you come in to hotel for check in. 2nd day, breakfast very limited, bacon uncooked. 3rd day bacon uncooked again from the free breakfast very limited variety.

At first there was little hairs in the bed , they changed our rooms. After that, everything was clean and the housekeeping was very attentive to our request and concerns. I would recommend checking your bed for hairs other than that the hotel is very nice and cozy. The food was amazing at the in hotel restaurant. Everything was an overall 10/10.

We were looking for a short break and booked a stay at the Swiftwater. When we arrived everyone was very welcoming and the surroundings were very pleasant. The room was nicely appointed. We spend time in the evening in the lobby by the fire. We eat at the restaurant. We enjoyed the environment and the food was well prepared although a bit pricey. The same for breakfast in the morning. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.
