From the elegant decor, to the welcoming staff, and the amazing food. They helped to make our anniversary a memorable experience. I have never stayed at an establishment where every member of the team made you feel welcome and at home. They all go above and beyond to make you feel special and ensure you have all that you need. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious. We enjoyed time in the concierge lounge playing some of the many games that are available. A dip in the heated pool and a beverage by the cozy fire, made for the perfect end to each day. Thankful to have found this hotel and a big thank you to all of the staff for the perfect weekend. We can't wait to visit again.

I was given a handicap accessible room, which truly didn’t bother me, but made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I would assume the hotel knew what they were doing when they put me there and that it was not needed for someone with special needs. Overall, the staff was very friendly from when I checked in at the front desk for the host this at the restaurant, the waitress at the restaurant, and specifically the bartender (or appear to treat everyone as if they were the king and queen. Definitely a top notch professional.) Did not get to use the amenities as it was the last minute booking and I had to leave early the next day. Would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in the area.

The room was beautiful and staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking is easy. The room was clean however I noticed when housekeeping would come in they might forget to bring certain things (towels etc) and at had to call to get them. But otherwise I have no complaints about my stay, will definitely be back!

The swift water was amazing but not for the reasons you will see in tik tok. The pools are ok but not amazing if you have some experience with other resorts internationally. What made the swift water amazing is the peace, the good hotel staff and service and the nice comfortable room and bed.

Enjoyed a lovely King bedroom for a convenient 10 minute drive to “The Lodge at mountain springs for a wedding “ also perfect for a weekend getaway to stroudsburg area ! Staff was very friendly and accommodating ! Love the esthetics of the hotel and bar staff! Only inconvenience is no microwaves in the room is a must for certain travelers that don’t want to go to the hotel late at night downstairs to heat up food! Should be an amenity! Hotel gym is perfect and kept clean! Pool and restaurant are great!

This hotel is spotless. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They couldn’t have been nicer. 10 stars for the staff!! The pool was wonderfully heated. The only disappointment was the fitness center. It felt like the size of a closet! There were 6 of us in there and you could barely get your workout in. Someone else came in and walked right out because there just was no room and definitely not enough cardio equipment, yoga mats etc. That would be my only dissatisfaction.
