Room was outdated, staff was rude (except the breakfast and dinner servers, they were great), indoor pool was dirty, we stayed for 3 days and no one came to clean our room, food was pretty bad. If it wasn't for my beautiful wife with me, I would've had a terrible time.

The champagne room needs to be updated. The ceiling was falling apart and white stuff was all over the table and pool area. The shower head also came apart. I called for toilet paper and staff never brought it to us.

We were very satisfied with our stay. There’s plenty to do and everyone was so kind. Only suggestion I’d make is to have outdoor look more presentable. Outdoor look is not too welcoming. It’s very plain. A brighter paint color would make a big difference.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the second time. I truly love this place, the nature around it, and the chance to relax in the jacuzzi. However, I would kindly ask that you pay more attention to its cleanliness and proper sanitation. During our previous stay, we were offered meal options and could choose what we preferred. This time there was a buffet, but the same food was served two days in a row, which we didn’t enjoy very much.
