"Terrible smell upon entry that ruminated throughout the entire hotel. You have to swap out your towels at the front desk, which could become an inconvenience. $5 daily to self park in a regular parking area is a bit of a money grab. The room wasn’t clean, the chair was broke and unusable, plus there was hair in the bathroom. Not to mention the shower drain slowly, so your shower became a bath."

"Room wasn’t ready and cleaned when I arrived. Out of my 7 day stay I only got my room cleaned twice. Even though I had the plaque hanged. I had to ask housekeeping staff several times I needed new sheets and towels, but they just brushed it off. I understand being busy but I also I think for what I paid the service should’ve been better. To add, when I handed the full dirty set of towels, I was only given small towels, not normal size and was told I’d be given my bigger towels later( never happened). I’m a very understanding guest, I didn’t throw a fit however the experience I had was not up to standard."

"Booked for a non smoking room. When I arrived I was given a smoked room because the rest were booked.also when I payed with my chase card i seen it got approved but according to them it got declined. We wasted 30 min…I checked my bank & the funds were taken I even showed them.but anyways I ended up paying with a different card. That place very sketchy, plus the room had no ac! The room got hot & me & my partner got super sweaty. There was a fan but was super old & barely blew any air…it did but was warm . Only option I had was opening the window with curtain wide open but was worried we would be creeped on while we slept…worst experience ever. & until this moment I haven’t received my money back."
