Desk clerks were very helpful. 1st night bed was totally broken down. Could not sleep. Changed rooms next morning bed was good! Creamer left in room was soured to point of huge lumps poured into my coffee cup. Had no coffee last morning.

Liked upgraded room. Acoustics are terrible. Woke up to a crying baby and a toddler throwing things and a man hacking up a lung. 12 pm check is great. But I wasn’t able to sleep in.

good location and friendly staff

Pros: The friendly staff
Cons: Fresh coat of paint
At the entry it is obvious that this hotel has been around for more than a few decades. Chipped paint and rough around the edges. But the staff was so courteous that it made all the difference in the world. The room was clean and comfortable. I have to say that I hate to be charged a fee for parking in an unsecured parking facility as a guest and then be asked to pay for wifi as an additional feature. At some point these inexpensive items should be included with the room fee and not added on to an additional 30% of the cost of the room.
