The woman check-in was very rude. Didn’t offer any help or anything had very little information. The room itself was decent but the overall vibe with hotels really rundown with a lot of homeless and people wanting to come into your room. Check out is at 11 o’clock no IFS answers or butts no offer of late check out and when asked refused overall I will not repeat.

Water stone cold in wash basin and JUST above cold in shower. VERY UPSET, as wanted a bath. But they had NO bath plug and water very very tepid. NO 24 hour reception/ NO BREAKFAST. Door locked to reception. Terrible !! Water was shot down. No water to shower and no water in toilet bowl. No breakfast. No drinking cups in the room. There’s coffee maker but no cups for the coffee. We ask to the front desk when check in, he said he doesn’t have the cups.

There was no hot water to take a bath dogs barking all outside. My window couldn’t hardly sleep. I had a very important business meeting to attend and I had to go without taking a bath. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel under those conditions.
