Well, one we get to the property and it’s $29 a car to park which was never stated so we had to park two blocks and carry our bags all the way to the hotel. Once we arrived and got to the room, there is multiple kids upstairs running around stomping sounded like they’re playing on a jungle gym all night and then again started at 7 AM in the morning. I called multiple times to let the front desk know, and all they did was say they’re not answering the phone in the room, and it continued till we checked out very disappointed in the way the staff handled this I will never be returning, especially for the price that I paid for a room for one night in Riverside

When we arrived, we were told that the parking was not included with the room. When i asked if i could pay for the parking, i was told the parking lot was full. We had to find a parking on the street, that took almost 30 mins to find. When we finally got to our room, when opening the door, a broken bowl was shaddered all over the floor. When i called the front desk, he seemed confused and didnt seem to be in rush to help us. Definitely wont be staying here again

The room was spotless and the staff very friendly. When keys are issued, I would suggest patrons are told about using the key in the elevator. There is a sign but it is very slmall.

Like the parking, ok only thing I got charge for parking and I didn't have a car park not ok, room was excellent so seemed like you stayed in a suite wich that was amazing, breakfast was included which again amazing and was really good just the bad part was the charge of parking

Yes, all good. One point to mention: the EV charging spots should ideally be reserved for EVs, or at least enforced when general parking is full. Yesterday we had to drive back to find a charging station because the EV charging spots were occupied by non-EV cars, even though there were plenty of regular parking spots available.

We were a little disappointed that everything was under construction while we were there, and then we had to pay for valet parking. The parking fee may be normal, but the construction was an inconvenience. Other than that, the room was nice and staff professional. If we were in the area again, we would gladly stay here again.

The room didn’t seem ready when we arrived. The Staff that checked, the fan was rude. The ironing board was broken, there was no toilet paper in the restroom, and when I called to ask for some after I called for the ironing board, she seemed irritated by my multiple calls And then the next morning when I wanted to take a shower, I found out there was no shampoo in your shampoo dispensers so no it was not a great stay. I checked out a day early, at minimum they could have not charged me parking but refused that
