We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location was great & easy/short distance to airport. Area is quiet and has a couple of restaurants in walking distance. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast with some healthy options. We would stay again if in the Seattle area.

"The staff was initially ambiguous regarding their early check in policies, there is a “ first come first serve “ policy I personally have not encountered when traveling, staff stated thy would notify when the room was ready, however upon returning to the property 5 hours post arrival it appeared they were going to provide the “ ready “ room to a patron under said policy. I did not receive the “ ready room “ notification until an hour after I had already procured my room key. The room itself was located parallel to the elevator which became a nuisance due to foot traffic. The overall property was well kept, updates are welcoming. "

An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom of the Opera, so we’ll see how the second time goes. Overall, no complaints about the hotel. "
