The carpet throughout, especially in the elevator was very very dirty. My room carpet seems newer but still could use a cleaning. The shower only had glass on one side, no sliding door etc, and so water got all over the floor. There was also no exhaust fan in there so with no shower door the bathroom was very steamy and this caused the rest of the floor as well as the small sink ledge to be wet. The bed comfort was ok. The breakfast did not sit well with my stomach, I had the biscuits & gravy, and the waffles did not cook all the way so I actually threw them out. It’s a very busy hotel since it’s right by the airport. My stay wasn’t terrible, but for the price I paid for just two days, I was disappointed.

Excellent Staff

The hotel staff were very accommodating for all of our needs and took time to help us. The shuttle was very convenient, and the driver was very helpful to the family members who had mobility issues. The rooms were nice and very clean. We did have a noise issue in one room next to the stairs, but it seemed to be a structural issue.
