The carpet throughout, especially in the elevator was very very dirty. My room carpet seems newer but still could use a cleaning. The shower only had glass on one side, no sliding door etc, and so water got all over the floor. There was also no exhaust fan in there so with no shower door the bathroom was very steamy and this caused the rest of the floor as well as the small sink ledge to be wet. The bed comfort was ok. The breakfast did not sit well with my stomach, I had the biscuits & gravy, and the waffles did not cook all the way so I actually threw them out. It’s a very busy hotel since it’s right by the airport. My stay wasn’t terrible, but for the price I paid for just two days, I was disappointed.

It is pretty clean that I concern and like. But the elevator function seemed not ok . People at the front desk need to be more friendly and professional. No bottle water supplied as complimentary as most hotels I ever stayed surprised me.

The only problem we had at the hotel is that the elevator was out and they put us on the third floor. They did not even mention that the elevator was out until after they had checked us in. I feel that that should have been told to us before we checked in so we could make a decision on if we wanted to stay there or look for something different.

Great shuttle driver

Rooms clean. Nice laundry facility on site. Breakfast was ok. Our favorite part of our stay was our shuttle driver. He has a great sense of humor. The Iowa girl loved him!

This hotel is clean and it’s clear it’s been updated. The room we have is not big but if you just need something near the airport, it’s a good choice. Breakfast is the typical… hot choices, waffle and pancake machines, GOOD coffee!

Overall good experience. Rude, incompetent lady at the reception(check out day) who was denying that an airport shuttle service was booked, which we already did during the check in. The lady offered no compassion, and no alternatives. It was the bus driver who came inside and told us that it has enough room and is leaving soon.
