The home is 1.5 miles from Angle Lake Park - this green space with a lake offers amenities such as:

You will have access to the whole house and yard.

We do have part of the basement and garage unavailable, otherwise, the house is completely setup for guest use.

There is free driveway parking right outside the front door.


You will have access to the entire house during your stay.

This home has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 twin bed plus 1 futon sofa bed in upstairs bedroom). There is 1 full bathroom and 2 half bathrooms.

This is a split level house with 1 queen bedroom & full bathroom on the main level.

The primary queen bedroom, twin "kids" room and half bath on the upper level and a game/family room with laundry room and half bathroom on the basement level.

The living room offers a cozy sitting area with Lovesac sectional, games and a smart TV for your family’s enjoyment.

The kitchen has all the essentials and more that you could need to cook up a family dinner. Just off the kitchen is a large dining area that seats 6.

There is a laundry room and "Game Room" are located in the basement which offers lots of area for your family to spread out.

The backyard is has a full privacy fence but without gates. Please monitor your children and pets. The large 6 person hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

We gladly welcome pets with a flat $120 pet fee used for our stellar allergen-free cleaning protocol.


We are conveniently located in SeaTac WA, centrally located between Seattle and Tacoma.

Vehicles:
the house is tucked up off the main road with a nice long driveway to house about 4 vehicles. The freeway is just up the road allowing you to easily commute to Seattle, Tacoma or anywhere else for your visit to the great Pacific Northwest.

Alternative Transportation:
2 blocks from SeaTac stop to the Link Light Rail which has additional stops including:
• Stadium (sport venues) • Pioneer Square (Pike’s Place Market) • University of Washington and many more which makes this a great location for travelers.

Less than a block to 2 bus stops so you have the choice of heading East to the Westfield Southcenter mall or West to the airport, Angle Lake and around SeaTac.
