THE HOTEL STAY WAS GREAT Very clean and well managed. I would definitely stay here again however, the shuttle was a big problem.. I tried for an hour calling hotel for pick up and no answer. I even use the shuttle phone at the airport. Still won’t answer. I ended up taking a taxi. The person at the desk said that the phone wasn’t working properly and every time he answered it would disconnect.

Mid-afternoon I reserved a room with a king-size bed online through Expedia. It was prepaid and nonrefundable. When I arrived at the property about 10:30 PM, the front desk clerk told me that they were sold out of rooms with a king bed, and he didn't offer any discount for a room with a queen bed. I pushed back pretty firmly, and asked how they could have sold my room, since I had a confirmed reservation, and had prepaid for it! After some shuffling around on the computer, and with offering no explanation, the clerk magically came up with a room with a king bed. I don't appreciate being lied to, and don't like businesses engaging in sleazy business practices with their customers!

Great front desk associate. He was kind and funny. Room was clean and quiet. I did not realize the shuttle only runs once an hour in the morning, but we were able to walk to the Link Light Rail Station which was maybe 2 blocks up the road.

Convenient location

Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming and there was an IHOP right next door. Airport shuttle was convenient and efficient, but the room itself was disappointing. Right away I noticed the damp, musty smell and I could hear the people upstairs all evening long, as the walls /floors offer no noise insulation. For the price of one night, not sure I would stay here again.

I was checked in to a room that was excessively sprayed or somehow applied to disguise dog poop smell was unsuccessful and made the matter worse. I know hotel benefit financially allowing pets at the cost of other guests which is disgusting to walk into these room . Fortunately front attendant was nice enough to switch our room also for hotel that size very limited parking space available.
