Second stay here, first time they didn’t have the king I had reserved, second time I had to wait an hour for a room to be cleaned even though it was 4 hours past check in.

Stayed here one night on a layover on our way to Alaska. It's close to the airport and very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable and our bed was so comfy!! Perfect accommodations after a long day of flying. Airport shuttle was a plus!

Great location, meh rooms
Hospital style cold beds without blankets or comforter. Was cold all night so didn’t sleep well. Room, especially bathroom, was not very clean. Location is excellent and shuttle to rental car lot is a plus. Reserved a room with a lake view and was put in a room with a view of dirty roof. Actually a rusty razor blade right out our window.

The location to the airport is great. The staff was not. The woman at the front desk was unfriendly and not very helpful. The bell staff didn't not even approach to offer two elder woman assistance with loading or taking their multiple bags to their room. Most of the time the staff was totally disinterested in assisting with any customers that I good see. The wait staff in the restaurant were wonderful. I will not stay there again.
