We booked this stay and added the insurance because our daughter had an emergency doctor appointment in Georgia and we were flying back-and-forth in one day. Come to find out she was worse than we thought so the appointment was canceled and I canceled our hotel room a week in advance. They wouldn’t refund our money even with insurance,
