3 times in a row now! Minor issues to 2 staff not all rude, no empathy, nasty face looks, harassment im a senior 54 disabled i cant barely walk im nice if i have a issues I'm willing to do what it takes to fix it! They have NO customer service skills im disabled because gheres not enough towels or pilliows no soap they tell me i gotta walk to the office 7miles away and get them myself when i gave you my money i expect my room had in it whats advertised its not my job but then to be twice their age and being disrespected and disrespectful they are foul for that! All short and nasty to me for no reason or expect customer service when things arent right and to have it turned on like im the one in the wrong its not true! They never say Hi, Bye, Sorry, Have a good day & stay, is there anything i can do for you? Just nothing! Over the years ive staty here 1000 timesvNO mention ever about doing something for me? Ive had so many negative things happen here but ive never said a word! These i cant let slide! So i hope this reaches the right people its important! I got 3 pages of things that ive dealt with! I hope someone makes these rude people quit or fire them!!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! FACTS!!! wat they talk to do what i can but they arent and there rude!!!

Due to third party booking the check in process was not very good. The ATM onsite has excessive fees($15). There was dog poop everywhere- on the the property and around the property- all along the sidewalks walking to the closest bus stops. Frequently car alarms were going off. I was on the second tier upper level and it felt u safe structurally as the balcony was bowed in certain places. Motel 6 must be on a serious budget because there are no comforters on the bed- basically just sheets. The shower curtain rod was about ready to fall off the wall and the bathroom fan didn’t work. And after all of that I opted to extend my stay for a night where they raised the rate. The WiFi was pretty on point though and the housekeeping was excellent. I would stay again, but only if it remains competitively priced.
