First of all I would like to say we have stayed in a few Laquintas and really enjoyed our stay. This one on the other had was so awful! First thing we noticed the disgusting carpet in the entry way/ receptionist area, only one working elevator and lots of guests standing around waiting for a lift to there room with all their luggage. No water in the pool. Juice machine broken only could have toast/ yogurt/ cereal.. ice machine on the 5th floor didn’t work. When we spend money to stay somewhere all these things should be working and clean! Oh and the place needs to be pressure washed outside!!!! And maybe get a new sign that doesn’t look like someone ran it over! Very disappointed. Will not be back!

The first room we were in had no bath towels, the bath tub plug didn’t work, big stain in the tun, several tiles no frout and black around them. The a/c was stuck and couldn't be controlled. The pool was drained, caution tape over 1 elevator. Dark dinge halleays not cleaned well, even saw a pill on the floor. Booked a shuttle for 6am but driver went to his car and we were 15minutes late leaving! Staff was very efficient and pleasant, only reason they get 1 star. I expected more from La Quinta!

I asked the night clerk if a sack breakfast could be prepared because my shuttle was scheduled before breakfast. She said it was not a problem, but when I asked the black woman working that night/morning, she was not helpful or professional.

Stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of our week-long trip. No hot water for those two days and no discount was offered. We didn’t get hot water back until the morning we checked out. The walls were really thin and we heard someone having sex both nights. The staff were great, they couldn’t control the water or whether we got a discount. The area was alright, the highlight was the Jack in the Box in the same parking lot. The shuttle driver to and from the airport was fantastic. Felt generally icky. There are signs talking about their upcoming remodel so hopefully that helps facilities. It was alright for the location, I probably wouldnt stay there again.

They had no hot water when I arrived there. They had tried to reach out to all of their clients but they must have not have been able to reach them all as I was not informed. I ended up canceling my reservation and got a room a few blocks down. It was unfortunate for them and I do understand. They did not charge me for my room.

Location, location, location! Amazing staff when warmed up and engaged properly! Rooms are great but lobby needs a lot of TLC which we understand is on the way..The shuttle service can operate with more urgency. The hotel could be a 5 minutes walk from the terminal if not for the traffic and traffic lights. For such a short distance, Waiting for the shuttle was a bit painful but the drivers were very nice and helpful. I woudl stay there again aND AGAIN SINCE IT IS DEFINITELY VALUE FOR MONEY!!
