The property was under major renovation. Main entrance was blocked, the whole building was wrapped in scaffolding and the interior smelled heavily of paint fumes.

The hotel by surprise is under construction. It was a mess. One slow elevator. Dirty common areas and check in was a challenge. Limited parking, dark lot no lights, unsafe. The new room was ok but not up to competition standards. Never again. Uggggh.

So much better than anticipated!

Although building was under construction the inside was very nice. Beds comfy and room clean. Breakfast was simple just cereal and some fruit and packaged products. The people were extremely helpful and the shuttle service was excellent!

The hotel was being upgraded and therefore had very little to no breakfast to offer. Stayed twice on my way to my cruise and then again before heading home. Had issues getting picked up at the airport by not knowing that Hampton would be picking us up. The communication was just not as great as it could have been. On our return trip we arrived at the hotel early and asked if we could check in early and was told 30-45 minutes. We got the first room about an hour and a half after asking and the other room at 2 pm which was 4 hours after arriving at the hotel. The room was great and check out both times was great.

Evening front desk was super nice and helpful. Hard to really judge the hotel since it is a construction zone. Breakfast could have been better but trying to be understanding. If the lobby is the direction they’re headed, the hotel will be great when it’s done.

The place is being renovated, which is desperately needed. The staff seem to be doing the best that they can with regard to cleaning. My big gripe was with the shuttle from the airport. They use a Hampton Inn van, but when you call for a pickup they don't tell you that. I also found the front desk team was hit-or-miss. They have a senior person and she seems competent but the other guy - not so much.

Poor house keeping.

Bathroom missing shower curtain and body wash or soap. Front desk and house keeping personnel doesn’t take necessary steps to fix problems even didn’t clean room.
