The check in clerk was on a personal call that was more important to our checking into the room. He did not tell us there was an elevator to the 2ed floor when we checked in. The room he exchanged us to, was a very difficult walk for 2 handicapped people. I have always been very satisfied with other Quality Inn personnel, but his mind was not on serving customers. There was another customer behind me, who was also left waiting.

Booked a room for 3. The room had only one bed. We had an air mattress for our son, but they did not have any extra linens. We asked twice for an extra blanket and both times they told us they were out of blankets. What kind of hotel runs out of blankets in July? I opted to drive home 3 hours instead of stay a second night.

After being delayed at the airport, we finally flew into Seattle and was so glad to find a place to stay. The receptionist was very kind and nice to us and even told us a place to eat at such a late hour thank you very much.

Not that good
The temperature of the shower would change automatically. So you're constantly adjusting the shower knob. Also the hot/cold setting on the shower know is reversed. And the sink would build up so the water wouldn't drain as normal. I didn't think my room was worth the money I paid for which was 139 plus tax a night. I don't think I'll stay there again.

Check in staff courteous and professional. Asked 1 person for directions to fitness room, he provided and didnt say both machines were not working. Onky tjing worked was a water fountain. Convenient with shuttle every 30 minutes. Dining options provided within walking distance.

The stay was clean and the staff very kind. I was caught in the recent airline cancellations and arrived at the Hotel at 4:00 am after a sleepless night in the airport. I was given a hot beverage and a very comfortable couch to rest on until my room was ready.

Very Good
My Family of 5 and I had a great stay. Everyone was very nice. The Breakfast was very good. The rooms were nice and clean. We also appreciated that we could book a Trip to and back from our Cruise and to and from the Airport. It was very helpful and convenient. We would book there again.
