Fast and friendly check-in and out, cleanest hotel room I've seen in years, on-time shuttle. My request for a room distant from elevators was granted - thank you. Did not try breakfast. If I had to find an issue, would be the traffic noise. No help for it, I guess.

I love the hotel. The only thing that was a little off was the front desk lady, who I had never seen before, was a little rude, didn’t go over anything with me, no bottled water like I normally get, and acted like I was putting her out when I asked about another reservation I had made the following day for my coworker. She said I didn’t have another reservation but then when I showed her what I had she reluctantly said I did and kind of shewed me off. I was pretty thrown off by her attitude.
