Extremely rude greeting by the front desk staff. I am very regretful that I booked this hotel. When my son (after a 10 hour flight from Asia) was looking for the Expedia booking email, she snapped at him, (she didn't say a single word of welcome) and said aggressively, "All you need is ID and Payment card." The rest of the business was conducted without a word spoken, and then she slammed the key on the counter and walked away. Unbelievable. Welcome to America.
