Easy check in, nice pool and hot tub, great breakfast. Only negative was that the heat controls in our room didn't work and the room was cold. Nice big room though. Great stay overall, great value.

Everything was great!! Breakfast had many options including making your own omelettes. Free soda and juices from 5-6:30 pm. The adults got 2 free drink tickets for each night but it was only from 5-6:30 pm. The pool was decent but unfortunately it was very salty!!!! Did not state that anywhere that it was a salt water pool. 2 of the 3 elevators worked, stairs were way faster. The WiFi is not free unless you are apart of the Hilton honors thing. Our room was nice tho! The last day we were there a screw came out of our door handle and the whole rig started to come off. Scared we were going to get locked in! We were checking out so we put the screw back in and kept the door propped open to be safe.

The girl that checked us in didn't give us enough drink vouchers and didn't explain the reception hours or location or how breakfast works. I overheard her coworker talking to his guest, explaining everything. It definitely made me feel less valued. The hide-a-bed mattress was not usable, all springs. Breakfast was ok. I couldn't eat most of the items because of my diet restrictions. We were late returning to our room the 2nd night and we couldn't get our free drinks. It would've been nice if they still honored them, We weren't that late. We had a better experience before, so it was a pretty disappointing stay.

Well, the place was good, but the bathroom was not very clean, there was a bunch of blond hair on the floor from the previous visitor that stayed in the room and the pool area there were no towels the first day, I went swimming. The receptionist was too busy to explain that I needed to let her know that I needed to reserve the pool at a certain time ahead of time. I wish she explained that ahead of time when I arrived. Other than that everything was great.
